“You are the message.” This session provides a hands-on approach to unraveling your Personal Brand and Power to help you achieve new milestones and reach your goals. Personal branding is the process of developing a “mark” that is created around your name or your career. You use this “mark” to express and communicate your skills, personality, and values.

You will learn how to use personal power to positively impact you and your career, whether you’re undergoing a career transition, or you’d like to take your career to a new level.

To be successful at your job search it is important to use a proven process, like the one we employ in this workshop. If not, you may discover that although you are well-intentioned, you might not be as productive as you could have been.

During the workshop, you have an opportunity to interact with like-minded peers and a career coach—which can boost your morale and excitement.

We start by helping you create your overall strategy, in which you target organizations that are consistent with your career plan. You will learn how to efficiently research target companies. Beyond this, you will gain an understanding of how to network to achieves results. Finally, we will coach you through effective interviewing techniques to win the job you are seeking.
