Event Description This 1-hour interactive workshop provides a supportive space designed to help you develop a deeper understanding and appreciation of yourself. This will be an opportunity to do a deep dive into the core principles of self-esteem and self-compassion. During this workshop, attendees will learn practical tools and techniques to enhance self-awareness, challenge negative self-talk, and embrace their unique strengths and qualities. Whether you're seeking to overcome self-doubt or simply nurture a more loving relationship with yourself, this workshop offers invaluable insights and strategies for personal growth and empowerment.
Reena Chabria, B.A., is a second-year Clinical Psychology doctoral student working at the Center for Weight, Eating, and Lifestyle Science. Reena has interests in a variety of psychological and wellness topics, including self-compassion, health behavior change, mindfulness, and multiculturalism.
Registration is required in Career Pathway. The Zoom link for this webinar will be shared in the email you receive when you register. As long as you are signed into Zoom when you attend (you can confirm that you are signed in by checking that your name appears in the Zoom participants list) you will be marked as having attended and you will receive wellness points six weeks after attending. You will receive a completion email from Career Pathway after attendance for this event has been completed.
*Participants in our Wellness Incentive Program are eligible to earn 15 points (a $15 credit) for attending this event. You must sign-in to receive credit.
You must register for the Health Advocate Wellness Incentive Program AND complete your annual Personal Health Profile before you will be eligible to receive any payouts.
