The development of new medicines to address unmet medical needs involves complex and highly regulated work performed via collaborations with medical centers / institutions, biotech, pharmaceutical companies and health authorities across the globe. The field of clinical research has vast professional opportunities, however, many of these are not well known to students today as they are developing their career paths.
