Making every second of a meeting count is key in today's work environment.

Have you been to a well-executed meeting? Where, within the first three minutes, clear expectations had been stated?
Or, perhaps, you can recall a time when you only had 3 minutes of someone's time to ensure you clearly communicated an idea or 'mini-meeting' to them.

This two hour professional development workshop focuses participant's attention on tools for highly productive meetings and greetings.
