Kumu Hina: Native American Heritage Month Documentary Screening and Discussion

Event Description
Join us for a screening of KUMU HINA: A Place in the Middle. This engaging documentary follows a young girl in Hawaii who dreams of leading an all-boys hula group at her school and the teacher who uses Native Hawaiian cultural traditions to empower her. The screening will be followed
by a discussion of the movie. Refreshments will also be provided.
