Description:
Why does work have to be so serious? In the last decade, companies have begun to see the value of gaming principles to motivate, inspire and create higher quality work from employees and customers. In this workshop, you will learn to redefine play as the most engaging and addicting style of work. We will talk about feedback loops, elements of play and games, and the steps of the creative process. Through two group discussions and a game, you will be able to brainstorm new methods to improving the tasks that you keep procrastinating on. Bring your imaginations and problems and get ready for the exciting world of applicable play! For more info, visit: http://www.facebook.com/events/424470960954044/.
