Event Description
In this workshop, participants will learn to 1) maintain positive, realistic and creative thinking, catch your cognitive distortions, 2) identify and utilize your emotions constructively, 3) engage in healthy behaviors that increase rather than drain your resources.
Sharon H. Katz, Ph.D. of Mainline Psychological Resources LLC, is a licensed psychologist and performance/wellness trainer. She has conducted seminars for Drexel and other higher educational settings, healthcare organizations, law firms and corporate settings such as National Penn Bank and Pep Boys.
