A Championship Series, Game 1: From the Archives

Drexel University Symphony Orchestra’s 5th season opens with three major works from the lexicon of western music. Ralph Vaughn William’s The Wasps Overture and Jean Sibelius’ mighty Symphony No. 2 in D, Op.43 highlight the concert, to include Sergei Prokofiev’s Lt. Kijé Symphonic Suite.
