Join Professor Wendy Greene in welcoming the Center for Law, Policy and Social Action’s Inaugural Scholar in Residence: Carliss Chatman, associate professor of law at Washington and Lee University School of Law.

Professor Chatman, a nationally renowned corporate law scholar, will serve as a guest lecturer in Professor Nicole Iannarone's Business Organizations class from 10:35 a.m.-12:35 p.m. and guest lecturer in Professor Wendy Greene's Race and Law seminar from 2-5 p.m.
