Event Description
The next Eastern PA Branch of the American Society for Microbiology meeting will take place on Monday, February 29, at Thomas Jefferson University, Bluemle Life Sciences Building.
The guest speaker will be Dr. Steve Baker, director of chemistry in the Antibacterial Discovery Performance Unit at GlaxoSmithKline. The title of Dr. Baker's talk is "Antibiotics: what have we learned and what might the future look like?" The meeting announcement can be found on the ASM website: www.epaasm.org.
A reception will take place at the lounge area on the first floor of the Bluemle Life Sciences Building. Dr. Baker's talk will be in Room 101 of the same building.
