Understanding the Delaware Legal Market

Event Description

The State of Delaware holds a unique place in the legal profession and it’s just minutes away from Philadelphia. All law students (especially 1Ls) are invited to a lunch hosted by Richards, Layton & Finger (www.rlf.com) to discuss Delaware practice, bar requirements and the practice areas that lawyers at the largest Wilmington firms focus upon. If you are interested in business law, bankruptcy litigation, or intellectual property, pay special attention – Delaware lawyers have particular depth of knowledge in these areas and others. All students are welcome. Lunch will be provided courtesy of Richards, Layton. You must RSVP in Symplicity by Tuesday, Feb. 5.
