Event Description
So many
people think that exceptional customer service is something that only the
person who answers the phone or the person behind the customer service desk
needs to demonstrate. In actuality, most of us support or work with others in
some capacity, and all of those people are our customers. We all need to
understand what creates a quality customer service experience and provide that
for all of our customers, whether they are students, community members,
faculty, leaders, or colleagues. This
workshop will focus on some essential strategies and tools for providing an
excellent customer service experience.
