Presented by the Drexel Women in Computing Society (WiCS), "It's OK to Fail" will talk about learning from challenges. Not everyone will succeed their first time doing something, and this session will talk about to how turn these challenges into successes.

Register for Philly Codefest (April 4 to 9, 2022)
Philly Codefest is a free software and hardware hackathon that encourages students and professionals from all experience levels and backgrounds to work together to develop innovative solutions to help solve real world challenges.
Codefest 2022 (April 4 to 9, 2022) will focus exclusively on developing novel technology solutions to ensure the safety of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and its positive impacts on society, with challenges centering around (but not limited to) the following key areas:
- Fintech, Cryptocurrency & Blockchain
- Cybersecurity
- Bias and Ethical Implications of AI
- Healthcare
- Accessibility
- Environmental Impact of AI
Teams will be encouraged to work virtually from April 4 to 8, culminating in an in-person event on Saturday, April 9 at 3675 Market Street (including workshops, sponsor booths, and a "science fair" presentation of competing projects). Codefest is a free event and is open to both students and professionals of all backgrounds/skill levels.
