SEC Investigations and Enforcement: Insider Trade & Financial Fraud Cases

Event Description

Former SEC attorneys will discuss enforcement actions in insider trading and financial fraud.  The program will trace SEC enforcement actions from the initiation of an investigation onward through settlement and/or trial.  The panel will also review trends in SEC enforcement in the aftermath of the 2008 financial crisis and the impact of recent Supreme Court decisions.
