Start Date: 4/21/2020Start Time: 12:30 PM
End Date: 4/21/2020End Time: 1:30 PM

Event Description

Stress can be professionally and personally overwhelming. While we may never live stress-free lives, not all stress is a bad thing. Instead, stress can be a reminder that we have an opportunity to have a positive impact on something that is important to us.

Join us on Tuesday, April 21 from 12:30 to 1:30 p.m. to learn from John Hollway, Associate Dean of Penn Law, about the latest scientific research on stress and techniques to control and channel the stress in our lives and obtain better professional, personal, health and wellness outcomes in the process.

This event is open to all Kline School of Law community members.
