Event Description
The department of Health Management and Policy, the Office of Student Affairs, and the Office of Public Health Practice at Dornsife presents a virtual Coffee & Convos event.

Students and public health professionals can join for an opportunity to connect and network.

The speaker, Tori Kontor, MPH, will share information about her organization and experiences to help students explore work environments, industries, and public health career paths over coffee.

Speaker Information:
As an Innovation Consultant for Independence Blue Cross (IBX), Kontor uses the Design Thinking process to problem solve for both IBX customers and departments internal to the company. Design Thinking can be applied to any specialty or field to build solutions that stem from a creative, yet disciplined approach to problem-solving. They offer consulting services, educational workshops, design challenges, innovation programming, digital content, and more to IBX employees and our area’s customers.
