Come and join Kenneth Kramer, Qigong Master, in discovering the health benefits of Qigong every Tuesday from January 7, 2020 to July 24, 2020 from 5:15 p.m. to 6:15 p.m. Calm your mind and energize your body with the breathing and slow, flowing movements of these ancient Chinese healing exercises.
