Event Description
The Drexel American Society of Civil Engineers takes pride in its hands-on approach to understanding the engineering profession. We focus on applying our learned knowledge in a tangible way to provide solutions to various problems. We are excited to display the hard work of our civil and architectural engineers who compete in the annual Concrete Canoe and Steel Bridge competitions. These teams have competed in both regional and national levels with successful attempts in the past years. Our Concrete Canoe & Steel Bridge Showcase will display models of the concrete canoes that have been constructed over the past years as well as the steel bridge that was entered in the steel bridge competition this past year. Please join us to learn more about the engineering and design behind our concrete canoes and steel bridge!
