Event Description
What: Come learn about Johnson & Johnson Global Operations Leadership Development Program (GOLD). GOLD offers a dynamic two-year program for high-potential candidates with exceptional drive and determination. Individuals who have recently received undergraduate degrees in engineering, operations, or quality can develop and apply their skills through a mix of on-the-job assignments and structured training. Recruiting for GOLD occurs during September and October each year.
