Event Description

CCI Spark Student Speaker Series is an innovative and captivating storytelling series for the CCI community. The entire Drexel CCI community is welcome to attend.
 
Taking place online this time, the second Spark Series event will feature Srirashmi Gudur (Information Systems) who will discuss her experience as a STAR Scholar for the 2019 Summer term. The talk will cover how Srirashmi decided to major in Information Systems, how the STAR Scholar application process works, what it was like conducting research with a CCI professor, and major accomplishments she achieved through the program.⁠
 
Three key points that the audience will take away from the presentation:
1. How research can impact your computing career
2. How to get involved in the STAR program
3. Srirashmi's unique background and experiences as a student
