Event Description

Join us for a provocative discussion of the new major that is taking Drexel by storm!

  • What is PPE?
  • How is it changing the way we think about society and the world?
  • Why are people studying it as a major?
  • What is PPE research like?
  • What kinds of careers do students with PPE majors pursue?

These and many more questions will be discussed!

Our panel will be composed of the Co-Directors of Drexel’s Philosophy, Politics and Economics Program: Peter Amato, PhD (Department of English & Philosophy), Amelia Hoover Green, PhD (Department of Politics), and Roger McCain, PhD (Department of Economics) and moderated by students from the Drexel Economics Society, which is sponsoring this event: Soham Mukherjee and Kamyar Kamyar.
