Music fans in Philadelphia have reason to rejoice as Oroboro Fest, a charity concert comes to town. The event will be held at Milkboy, located at 1100
Chestnut St, on Wednesday, May 17th, 2023. Oroboro Fest is a 21+ music festival featuring some of the best up-and-coming artists in the area, including Moonroof, Noah Richardson, and Tea Head. Attendees can look forward to a night of great music while supporting a worthy cause. Tikcets are on sale now for only $12. All proceeds from the event will go to Sharing Excess, a nonprofit that rescues and
redistributes millions of meals to alleviate local food insecurity. By partnering with grocery
stores, restaurants, wholesalers, and farmers, Sharing Excess rescues and redistributes over 120,000 lbs. of food every week. Oroboro Fest was founded by Drexel University senior Entertainment & Arts Management
students Sam Spira, Jack Quinn, Sukari McGee, Batuhan Kecisi, and Matt Kuruvilla. "We're thrilled to be able to bring Oroboro Fest to Philadelphia," said the event organizers. "Not only will
attendees have a great time listening to some amazing music, but they'll also be making a difference in the lives of those less fortunate."
General admission tickets are $12 + fees
