Event Description
This event will feature a screening and discussion of "Piss on Pity: The Story of ADAPT," a documentary that explores the disability rights movement's radical wing. ADAPT activists have made their voices heard in Congress, when the Affordable Care Act was passed, and when lawmakers threatened to enact legislation that would have gutted Medicaid. After the screening, ADAPT activists will answer questions.
