Interdisciplinary Symposium: Engaging the Environment

Event Description

Learn more about the environmental research faculty are conducting across the College. Faculty will showcase their research in short flash talks, which will be clustered into themed areas. The talks will be followed by a moderated panel and a networking reception.

Themed Flash Talks
Faculty from across the College will give short talks about their research relating to the environment.

  • 1 - 2  p.m.: Urban Environments
  • 2:30 - 3:30 p.m.: Climate Change and Sustainability
  • 4 - 5 p.m.: Air and Water

Moderated Discussion

  • 5:15-5:45 p.m.: Where and how should Drexel faculty engage the environment? What comes next?

Reception

  • 5:45-6:30 p.m.: Continue conversations and connect with colleagues

If your schedule does not permit you to stay for the entire event, we encourage you to attend one or more sessions. Attendance at the moderated discussion is especially encouraged and appreciated.
