This webinar will explore the need and importance for Sport Leaders (and other leaders) to develop their creativity mindset. The creative mindset will break functional fixedness and routine in order to develop more creative and innovation environments. The new environments will facilitate new ways of approaching and interacting to address evolving, ever-changing sport issues in COVID times and beyond. Practical, and hands-on creativity-based Tools and Techniques for ideation and implementation of creative solutions/ideas to overcome barriers which impede creativity will be shared.
