As Philadelphia celebrates PARKing Day tomorrow, The Lindy Institute
for Urban Innovation is sharing a new report which analyzes the city’s
processes to allow communities to create and steward in-street amenities like
parklets, pedestrian plazas and bike corrals. Join lead researcher Katrina
Johnston-Zimmerman, this Friday at the Center for Architectures annual
PARK(ing) Day After Party to learn more about the findings and recommendations
to the city. Copies of the report’s Executive Summary will also be available.
