Event Description

This workshop focuses on what every manager needs to know about creating a safe and productive work environment from a legal perspective, plus significant Drexel University policies. The program includes presentations and Q&A with a panel of Drexel experts on employment law, the Family Medical Leave Act, protected classes, the Americans with Disabilities Act, harassment, discrimination and other legal or policy issues.

This session is open to anyone, and counts as a core component for those participating in the Supervisory Certificate Program.
