Event Description

Transitioning from classes to co-op can be a very stressful and draining time! To combat the challenges co-op presents to mental health, join Steinbright and the Drexel Counseling Center for a virtual workshop on mental health and wellbeing.

Dive deeper into common stressors on the job, how they can manifest themselves, and most importantly, the steps we can utilize to take care of ourselves during these uncertain times.
