Meet the Brewers: Summery Ciders with Dressler Estate

Event Description
PHS presents 'Meet the Brewers,' a series where you'll meet and get to know local brewers and taste through a selection of your favorite beer and cider!
 
Brian and Olga Dressler, the husband-and-wife brains and cider makers behind Dressler Estate, are Drexel alumni who decided to come back to their roots to share their summer-focused, refreshing ciders with the community in this week’s Meet the Brewers event.
 
Using all local apples, the Dresslers take a winemaker’s approach to making cider, focusing on allowing the fruit to shine. Come by the garden to taste what summer has to offer and how the region's apples can complement a beautiful July evening!
 
Cider will be available for purchase to be enjoyed at the Garden or to be taken to go.
