  • Define the mechanism of founder mutations in isolated populations
  • Identify specific characteristics of named conditions to prompt appropriate genetic referrals
  • Describe recommended evaluations for, treatments of, and outside referrals needed for conditions identified in higher incidence in individuals of Puerto Rican descent
