Participants in this training session, “Understanding and Respecting Gender,“ will learn about the nuances of gender identity and the importance of respecting other people's pronouns, as well as how to use pronouns correctly. They will also learn strategies for helping to create a more inclusive work environment for everyone, and tips for getting other people’s pronouns right.
