Vinyasa and Self Care with the Drexel Rec Center

Event Description
Join Drexel Rec for some mid-week vinyasa to reset your body and afterwards sit with us for a few meditative moments to realign your mind after an amazing physical practice. All level yogis are welcome and if you are still home invite your family to join in the Zen.
