We are hosting a series of Virtual Open Houses from October 16th to December 11th. Attendees can choose any date that works for them, listen to an overview of our Retail Management opportunities and then chat 1:1 with one of our recruiters! INTERNSHIP Our Retail Management Summer Interns experience first-hand what it is like to manage and be part of a store team while gaining an overview of the store, district, and regional operations. The interns learn about specific aspects of retail management including customer service, leadership, policy implementation, inventory management, employee staffing, training and development, sales building and merchandising, and financial management. FULL-TIME POSITION Have you ever managed a team? Have you been studying business related subjects that you want to put into action? Do you like working in a fast-paced environment? The Store Manager in Training (SMIT) is a development focused role that is crafted to prepare you for a CVS Store Manager position. The SMIT program is designed to enhance your career as a future store leader. We support your development towards the store manager role by participating in a self-paced, collaborative training over the span of 16 weeks. If you have previous experience working in retail, or are interested in learning in a fast-paced environment, we encourage you to attend one of our information sessions!
