Event Description
In 2016, Ethical Style Journal (ESJ) started as a digital fashion
magazine with the goal of making it easy to understand and support ethical and
sustainable fashion brands. Today, they are a multimedia platform exploring
fashion with a modern and mindful perspective.
ESJ
is expanding the conversation surrounding ethics and sustainability in fashion:
connecting consumers to the stories that matter, the people behind the brands,
and inviting individuals to help shape a fashion industry that is as much about
awareness, accountability, and action as it is about style.
On Monday, October 26, join Fashion Design professor Beth Quinn in welcoming Katie Pruett Founder & Editor-in-Chief of Ethical Style Journal. This lecture is part of the Sustainable Practice in Design virtual lecture series and open to Drexel University students. Email efs27@drexel.edu to receive the Zoom link. |
