Event Description
In this webinar participants will be introduced to the six-step evidence-based approach to evaluating a wide-range of workplace learning, performance, and change (WPLC) interventions. Evidence-based evaluation considers a broader view of what counts as credible evidence as well as the ethicality and context of stakeholder decisions, the evaluand, and evaluation work. More importantly, the six-step process elucidates evaluation’s role in assessing the extent to which WLPC practices and interventions are evidence-based as well as determining their quality (i.e., merit), value (i.e. worth) and effectiveness (i.e., impact).
