One of the most important roles of department
chairs in the faculty development and promotion process is to write letters of
support for their faculty. A well- crafted and evidence-supported letter in
support of an applicant’s promotion portfolio can often be the difference
between success and failure. Please join our panel of CNHP leaders to learn
more about methods they have used to successfully support their faculty achieve
