Event Description

Join the Department of Environmental and Occupational Health (EOH) at Dornsife for a research seminar.

Jessie Gleason, MSPH, Research Scientist, New Jersey Department of Health and EOH Doctoral Student, will present.

Impacts to drinking water from per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS), lead, and Legionella have challenged public health in recent years. This presentation will provide an overview of drinking water regulations, research efforts, and risk communication related to these hot topics, and others, from the New Jersey perspective.
