Lea Stewart is a design leader who has been helping companies grow their business through consumer focused innovation, differentiation, and aesthetics fit to the brand for over 20 years. She currently leads design for the baby business at Newell Brands developing products that support caregivers and children. Lea Stewart will be answering important questions of what you need to know about your future design career based on the lessons she's learned and industry trends she's seen.
