A Beginners Guide to Understanding Technology Contracts

Join the Center for Law Transformational Technology (CLTT) for a discussion with Matthew Craig, assistant deputy general counsel at Comcast about how to read a technology related contract!

This lunch and learn conversation is intended to provide a high-level overview of technology contracts and the process of negotiating them. It will include a discussion of some of the most significant clauses that come up in technology contracts and some of the biggest hurdles faced in negotiations. It’s intended to be an interactive discussion, so questions and participation are very much encouraged.
