Event Description

Renew now and join us for a members-only preview of Skin: Living Armor, Evolving Identity.

Explore the fascinating roles that feathers, furs, scutes, scales, hides and hairs play for different organisms across the globe through dozens of biological scientific specimens. Learn how evolution has shaped our own skin sensitivity and diversity — and how much scientists have yet to uncover about its underlying genetics. Skin will be open to the public June 24, 2023 through January 21, 2024.

Light refreshments will be provided. We hope to see you there!
