Did you ever wonder how those fancy cheeses at the grocery store were made? Join David Jeffrey Harper of Di Bruno Bros. and the Drexel Hospitality Society remotely to learn the basics of making cheese.

Harper is a Certified Cheese Professional who was named Best of Philly cheesemonger in 2018 by Philadelphia Magazine. During COVID-19, Harper started a food podcast called Self Checkout (available on Spotify) where he delves deeper into a different food item each episode.

This program is open to the entire Drexel community.
