Let’s Start Talking Science. On this First Friday in November, dozens of researchers from local universities will discuss their innovative projects and answer your questions about STEM –Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics– at the Science History Museum.
Indulge your inner nerd, bring your curiosity, and join us for a fun-filled evening of everything STEM! First Fridays at the Science History Institute are always free and open to the public. Attendees receive a 10% discount to National Mechanics restaurant.
Start talking Science is a free public event presented by the Science History Institute Museum & Library in partnership with Drexel University and the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia Research Institute.
Call for Presenters – Deadline: August 11
Start Talking Science is looking for STEM researchers to present posters about their research to the general public. The presenters will go through a review process including drafts, feedback, revisions, and workshops.
Research in any STEM field and at any level is encouraged. Please submit your nontechnical summary to tinyurl.com/submitSTS by August 11, 2023.
