Event Description
In a world that can often feel chaotic and overwhelming, learning to cope with anxiety and nurturing a sense of inner peace is not just a luxury but a necessity. Join us for a presentation that will explore anxiety, effective coping strategies, fostering resilience and growth, and practical tips for daily life. Whether you’ve personally struggled with anxiety or want to support someone who does, this presentation will provide valuable insights and practical tools for finding calm amidst the chaos.
Our speaker, Sabrina Zera, is a dedicated second-year graduate student enrolled in the prestigious Couple & Family Therapy program at Drexel University. With a passion for helping others, Sabrina is currently immersed in her role as a therapy intern at Serenity Behavioral Health, an intensive outpatient facility specializing in the treatment and support of teenagers and young adults. She received her Bachelor of Sociology from Drexel University. Sabrina is poised to become a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist following her graduation in June. Her focus will be in assisting individuals who grapple with anxiety disorders, providing the support, understanding, and tools they need to embark on a path to healing and personal growth.
