The Gatekeepers: Understanding Landlords and the Supply-Side of Rental Housing in Philadelphia

Event Description
This discussion will focus on the attitudes, perspectives, and the decision-making of landlords in Philadelphia and the ways landlords’ perceptions shape housing conditions for renters. By focusing on the process of meaning made by the suppliers of rental housing, we can better understand the interactional experiences involved with rental housing, including struggles experienced by both landlords and tenants.
