Event Description

Join the Drexel Women in Computing Society (WiCS) for an exciting open discussion on the future of automated technologies and the systematic impact of data mining, policy algorithms, and predictive risk models have on our poorest and most vulnerable communities.

Engagement in this event will promote checks and balances and ethical governance within the tech community; while spreading awareness to future software developers and engineers about the severity of the decision-making process using automated software. Don't forget to stick around to play an exciting game of jeopardy.
