Event Description

Andy’s Capstone project centers around an exploration of the history of Philadelphia’s favorite foods from indigenous foodways to modern day. This research has culminated in a tasting menu with each course guiding diners through a local historical journey. Andy’s presentation will feature a review of the menu and its historical context as well their larger work researching food history and anthropology as a whole.
