Join us for an engaging discussion on the problematic issue of gatekeeping in the tech industry. We are exploring this topic to gain insight from tech professionals who have experienced limited access to information, promotions, and career growth within their companies. Which likely resulted from an individual's race, religion, gender, or ethnic background, and how these actions can manifest themselves as racism.
