Event Description
In this brief, interactive presentation participants will
learn about the health and wellness benefits of simple art practices that may
be used for stress management, wellness, and community connection. Participants
are asked to have drawing paper and colored pencils on hand if possible to
engage in a few art practices that can be utilized in work, school, and home
settings to provide space for de-compression, relaxation, and reflection.
