Layer by Atomic Layer: MOCVD Growth for a Carbon Neutral Society---A Symposium Honoring Recipients of the 2022 Benjamin Franklin Medal in Electrical Engineering

The Drexel College of Engineering and the Franklin Institute are honored to host a symposium celebrating the recipients of the 2022 Benjamin Franklin Medal in Electrical Engineering. Dr. Russell D. Dupuis and Dr. P. Daniel Dapkus join a list of many distinguished laureates of the Franklin Institute.

Several esteemed speakers will be presenting, among them 2014 Nobel Laureates in Physics Dr. Hiroshi Amano and Dr. Shuji Nakamura.
