Event Description
As
the final event of the Spring Dinner Series, the Center
for Hospitality and Sport Management will be presenting Dinner with
Jim Burke on
May 28 at 6pm. Join us for an exclusive dinner from Chef Jim Burke,
former chef/owner of James.. The dinner will be accompanied by a
complimentary wine paring courtesy of Jason Malumed of Chalkboard Wines.
The
Dinner with Jim Burke event will begin with a happy hour at 6pm followed
by dinner at 6:30pm. The dinner will be held in the Academic Bistro on
the 6th floor of the
Paul Peck Problem Solving and Research Building at 101 N. 33rd Street.
The
meal for this event will be prepared by Drexel culinary arts students in Chef
Mike Traud’s a la carte cuisine class with service by Drexel hospitality
management students in Professor Paul O’Neill’s Fine Dining class.

The cost of the
dinner will be $90 per person. Proceeds from the dinner will provide scholarships for students within the Center for Hospitality and Sport Management
